just have the one! but i was on lipotrim so am wondering if going on this has taking me out of it cuz of all the extra carbs in the bar??

As long as you are only having one bar a day there is no reason why you should be kicked out of ketosis :) Obviously everyone is different.

On LL we were told to avoid bars for first four days to get us into ketosis quicker, but if you've been on LT you are probs already in it aid have thought?

But no, one bar a day should be no issue xx

I have the same thing. Whenever I have the bars I feel really hungry soon after. Have you tried testing with ketostix to see if they knock you out of ketosis. I might give it a try and see.
