Hey everyone
Well day 3 of the diet here and first 2 days have gone well (i think) Bit worried about the amount im eating but its all free on a green day so we will see on Monday if its working. Was in the cupboard last night and decided i was having 2 choc biscuits, picked them up and then managed to tell myself i didnt need them-was so pleased with myself-thats a big step for me-usually i just igmore my inner self and eat them anyway!! Feel great this morn for not having them.

Anyway, was just wondering if there are any other bars apart form the Alpen ones or hi-fi ones which count as a HEb or any other snacks which people have to get them through the day???

Hello. Here's a few of the others

1xkellogs fibre plus dark choc and almond or milk choc bar

1xweetabix oaty bar any variety

1xTesco healthy living apricot and oat crumble bar

1xsomething extra cranberry and choc bar

some of the Sainsbury's bgty bars - check on here if you want to know which of these.Alpens are the only ones that you can have 2 as a heb.

I love the fibre plus ones, they're new and really chocolatey.
