    My CDC told me I can have bars in my second week, I've read now it's my third week?

    Why is this? What will happen if I eat one in my first week?

    Thanks! I figured if it stops me cheating it can't be that bad! Got a 3 hr train journey tomorrow so would like something to keep me going!!

    Mostly raw vegan
    my CDC told me that since you might have diarrhea on the first days, bars can increase the probability. That's all. Besides I think bars don't affect weight loss at all.

    i have been on bars from day 1 (both times i started CD) and not affected my weight loss :)

    brilliant! Im going to chop one up in the morning and take it in a freezer bag for the train and eat it whilst watching a film ive downloaded. Got it all sussed!! haha

    day 1 and 2 gone brilliantly, still hoping i dont get a nasty shock on day 3 or 4!

    I can't wait to have bars; I already miss biting food and I’m only half way through the day! :(
