    Hi, I'm Bashful, and I'm a fatty boom batty :)

    One day, with all your help, I hope to become a skinny minnie lol

    My rambly rambly weightloss blog is here if you fancy having a look at my beached-whale before photo lol... just don't eat just before ;)

    Please please please tell me where I may be going wrong.. I promise I won't cry... much ;)

    I'm just so so scared that I'll get on the scales for the first time on Tuesday and I'll have put weight on :(

    Thursday 22 April

    Breakfast
    HexB 2 weetabix
    cup of tea

    Lunch
    egg fried rice
    muller light

    Dinner
    pasta (eaten with 2 syns pasta sauce and HexA2 cheese)
    fruit salad

    HexA 250ml ss milk

    Snacks- cold cooked vegetables (cos I is strange lol)
    can of pepsi max

    SYNS
    Special K bar (not worth it at all! yuck!) 4 1/2
    Pasta sauce 2

    TOTAL SYNS 6 1/2

    Lunch Salad and 2 eggs

    Dinner Quorn Curry with rice

    Nummy Snacks Maltesers 9.5 syns (I have to use up those syns apparently ;) )

    I'm on green x

    As soon as I can locate some hexB cereal bars I'll be having then just about every day I think :)

    I did consider EE because one A and 1 B seem fine for me but I'm worried already that I may not lose weight with all the carbs, so adding as much meat as I want into it prob won't help much... lol

    HexA milky milky (again!)
    HexB Bacon (woah so much bacon!)

    Breakfast
    Nummers 'fry up' dry fried bacon, half tin beans, scrambled egg- see it here lol

    Lunch
    Salad (no peppers! I ran out! Wah!) and cottage cheese
    muller light synny syn syn cherry yogurt- 2 syns

    Dinner
    Spicy bean rice (1syn) and lots of veg

    Snacks

    Maltesers 8.5 syns (blimmin' tasty they were too!)
    apple
    2 x satsumas

    Syns

    Fiiinally managed to locate some Alpen light bars- not on offer though so won't be able to eat them a lot *booo* lol.. at least I can easily add an extra hexb now if we have some in :)

    Went to catterick market earlier.... oh the smells there! Burgers and chips... fudges and cookies, loads of cakes....

    Managed to ignore them all but remember this is only my first week and I'm scared I won't actually lose any weight... give me a few weeks and I'll probably be blowing my whole week's syns if i go there! hehe

    Breakfast

    Special K Sustain and a banana
    (goodness you don't get much do you? I struggle to eat 2 weetabix but the tinyness of this is sumink else! Didn't get hungry til lunch tho so was obviously enough and I'm just a greedy greedy ;) )

    Lunch

    Salad and 1 egg
    strawberry split

    Dinner

    SW quiche, potatoes and baked beans (can he seen here)

    SYNS
    extra strong mint 1/2
    tesco strawberry split 4
    Maltesers 5

    HEXA Milky milky
    HEXB special k sustain

    Yup... we took the syns for the big bag (well for a higher weight box to be entirely sure- so we'd oversyn if you see what I mean?)

    ...then worked out for that bag how many syns per malteser.. and when worked out rounded up every time instead of down to be doubly sure I couldn't eat more syns than I thought :)

    ...yes, I *am* that much a control freak ... and yes it drives everyone around me totally bonkers

    Weigh-in tomorrow - my first one! WOAH!

    Breakfast
    Special K sustain and banana

    Tea and alpen light bar

    Lunch
    Fried rice and 1 egg

    Alpen light bar
    Tea and 2 rich tea creams

    Dinner Batchelors pasta and cheese (chicken and mushroom-no butter)

    SYNS
    2 rich tea creams- 6
    Tesco pineapple split (yuckyuckyuck) 4

    Total Syns 10

    HEXA Milky milky
    HEXA2 Milk and cheese (half each for dinner)
    HEXB special K sustain
    HEXB2 2 x alpen cereal bars

    Lookee- I had both HEXa and Both HEXb I think for first time lol

    My first offical-like SW weigh in tomorrow morning- woooooooooooooo

    I've bought the celebration curly wurlys and they are in the freezer lol... still not going to go over syns but tonight I'm doing my full 15!!! lol

    (well 14 and a half I think... had cake earlier that was 8 1/2 lol)

    I may even cut one into 12 pieces so I can go for my full 15 as a celebration tonight

    Celebration food diary! lol going for my full porky 15 syns of cake and sweetie goodness today!

    Breakfast
    alpen light bar (1/2 hexb) and a pear

    snack:banana

    Lunch
    Salad, cottage cheese and 1 egg
    McVities Jamaica Ginger cake (small portion but perfectly satisfying!)

    snack:alpen light bar

    Dinner
    Curry and potatoes

    HEXA milky milky (surprise surprise)HEXB 2 x alpen light bars

    SYNS

    Cakey cakey 8 1/2
    Curly Wurly 6

    TOTAL SYNS

    ...if anyone knows why I could have such wind unless it's to do with the Alpen light bars please let me know.. I had none til the day after I ate some :(

    I didn't feel well so didn't cook any eggs at lunch time but found I was really hungry before dinner.... so maybe next time I'll make the effort and do some eggs lol

    Just a suggestion about the windy pops. Well two words actually. Quorn. Curry. ;)

    I had a really rushed lunch today. Had to run in the house grab something to eat and then straight up the school, banana, grapes, apple and Muller yog. You want to talk wind? Ooh dear!
