batchelors high-veg a soup

I Know this is ok as a hexb but keep getting different result using online calculator when i try to work out how many syns it would be when not used as a hex.

could anyone help please:

per 100g s prepared:
energy 35kcal
protein 0.7
carbs 5.7
fat 0.7

per portion as prepared ( each sachet is under 22g when still dry)
energy79kcal
protein 1.6
carbs 12.7
fat 1.6

and im doing extra easy

Its a straight 1 syn for every 20 calories

thanks patchwork - was just unable to work out why mugshots are free and veg soup isnt when its less calories

Because shop-bought soups don't get a free food allowance so they are synned at the full rate. The mugshots are classed as pasta snacks rather than soups so they get an allowance for the pasta or noodles which lowers the syn value. Think about how long a mugshot will fill you up for because of the pasta content and then compare that to a cup-a-soup type thing
