hi does anyone know the syn value for a 295g of low fat condensed chicken soup ? , i wanted to use it in an old recipe i have & the soup would be the only syns so if it was made up with water & the dish was between 5 of us do i divide the syn value by 5 ? sorry if i sound dumb
