batchelors supernoodles

hi everyone its my first week at slimming world and havent bought the food directory yet wanted to see if it was dooable lol can anyone tell me if batchelors low fat chicken noodles are free or not i thought i heard the consultant say they were thanks in advance for any help

Yep, the low fat ones are fee on green / EE , but remember with EE you should be having your 1/3rd superfree too, maybe add some veg to them

I make up low fat super noodles thai ones are my favourite and loads fo stir fry veggies (the cheap basic bag that ha slots of beansprouts) for a quick easy and cheap meal lazy girls veggie chow mein !!
