Well this is day 5 for me, so my first Friday night. Hubby is just having a beer and snacks so I've decided to run a bath and read for a while! Going well so far, just started to read through the threads, which is helping. I've had a few attempts at other diets over last 18 months, but struggling to get into any. Aim is to lose weight to help get pregnant, was on here last year for same reason and we did get pregnant, but unfortunately had a miscarriage. Been tough since, but finally got my mojo and focused.
