Can anyone tell me the syn value of the baxters healthy soup range

Healthy Chicken & Vegetable Soup, canned, 400g can	7½
Healthy Puy Lentil & Tomato Soup, canned, 400g can	10½
Healthy Italian Bean & Pasta Soup, canned, 400g can	9
Healthy Minestrone Soup with Wholemeal Pasta, canned, 400g can	6½
Healthy Autumn Vegetable Soup with Mild Spices, canned, 400g can	8½
Healthy Spicy Tomato & Rice Soup with Sweetcorn, canned, 400g can	9

Most (or all?) of them can be used as a hexb if you use half a can, so 200 grams.
