    Just got back from a Christening/Birthday BBQ, And I was so strong..I was even giving out the food and Hotdogs and Burgers, And I was not even tempted..I feel great, :D My first weigh in on Wednesday because I did go of it a few weeks back..And I cannot wait to the weigh in *Bring it On* lol :party0049::party0049::party0049:

    What a good idea handing round the food, no-one notices that you don't have any yourself. I'll try that.

    I went to a BBQ last night too, a 2 year old kept giving me sausages and trying to make me eat them, I wasn't strong enough for a cute toddler, I had a bite :( Ooops. Not made much of a difference, not many carbs in a sausage are there?!?!

    i think there's about 5g of carbs in a sausage. i only know cos i did the atkins diet a while ago. one bite isn't going to make much of a difference so i wouldn't worry. just forget it and move on xx
