Beach Body by Summer

    Dukan
    Ok, never tried a weight loss diary before. Started Dukan Diet last week. Lost 4 pounds but then regained 2. TOTM is possibly to blame but I also suspect the turkey franks that I thought were ok but after reading this forum have decided they are too high in fat content.

    So, today's meals:
    Breakfast: oat bran pancake according to recipe
    Lunch: two turkey franks, ff plain yogurt, sugar free jello (not sure if that's ok, but I think so)

    Well I've read the cruise chapter in the book and feel ready to move into this phase but I don't feel confidant that I understand it at all.

    For breakfast: oatbran galette
    Lunch: potroast and diet coke
    Snack: sugar free jello
    Dinner: plan to have some freshly caught trout.

    Tomorrow will start PV day. Feels strange!
