1st Day - Tuesday 15th EE

Breakfast
Melon, Blueberries, grapes mixed with Muller light vanilla yoghurt
Lunch
Steamed brocolli, cauliflour and runner beans covered with batchelors pasta n sauch chicken & mushroom (Milk from heA)
Dinner
Gammon steak, Egg, Slimming world chips with roasted veg (corgette, carrot, onion, pepper)
Muller Light Banana and custard yogurt
Snack
Banana sliced in wholemeal roll (heB) with bertolli spread (3 syns)
Tassimo Suchards Hot CHock (3 syns)

Drinks - tea with milk from heA

2nd Day - 16th January (my Birthday + start of a cold)

Breakfast
Melon, blueberries, kiwi, grapes, blackberries with 0%fat fromage frais with vanilla essange and sweatner
Lunch
Lean only Rib Eye Steak, with SW chips, peas and roast veg (courgette, carrot, onion, pepper) 1 tsp mustard (0.5 syns)
Sainsburys Millionaires Ice Cream bombe = (14.5 syns) - my Birthday treat.
Dinner
2 fried eggs (fry light) mushrooms and tomatoes on split toasted wholemeal roll (heB)
Rice pudding (pudding rice - boiled in water, mixed with muller light yoghurt) with sliced banana

17th January (really stinking cold)

Breakfast
1/2 Muller light turkish deligth
Lunch
Bowl 12 Speed Food Soup
Dinner
Lean steak casserole (leak casserole steak, 2 oxo, 2 cans diet cola, tin tomatoea, mixed frozen casserole veg packet) pearl barley with wholemeal roll (heB)
pudding rice boiled in water mixed with fromage frais and vanilla essange and sliced banas and sweetner.

heA - skimmed milk in tea all day.

18th January - Cold getting a little better - think its all the fruit and veg

Breakfast
Leftover homemade rice pudding (as above) with fresh fruit (strawberry, blueberries and melon)
Lunch
12 speed food soup topped with crunched up crispy bacon (lean only) and toasted wholemeal roll (heB)
Muller light raspberry and cranberry
Snack
25g walkers sensations chicken and thyme crisps (6.5 syns)
Dinner
Stir Fry - chicken and mushroom egg fried rice (homemade with fry light)
Packet stif fry vegetables and ready to wok noodles (2 syns)
Muller light turkish delight yogurt and 2 pieces of cadbury turkish delight (4 syns)
