This is my plan... I'm going to have 18 points a day and aim for a weight loss of 1-2lbs a week!

Breakfast:
2 WW Danish with very low fat spread and a scrape of reduced sugar raspberry jam (2)
apple (0.5)

Lunch:
Packet of Bachelors Savoury Chinese rice (6.5)
Swizzles Double lolly (0.5)
Half a sachet of hot chocolate (0.5)

Dinner:
Homemade tomoto and lamb soup (2)
2 clementines (0.5)
Sainsbury's basics cheesy puffs (1.0)
Swizzles Double lolly (0.5)

Not sure yet whether I'll use the remaining 4 points or save them for another day...

I saved the 4 points from yesterday, I wasn't hungry so decided to save them for when I have the munchies!

Today was a very busy day, I visited my mum, then popped into town and finally to B&Q for some paint. Tomorrow will be spent painting in the kitchen so lots of calories will be burnt hopefully!!

Breakfast:

Lunch:
Morrison's Eat Smart Tuna and sweetcorn sandwich (3.5) Wasn't the most exciting sandwich but good for the points!

Bachelors packet Beef savoury rice (6.5) not as yummy as the Chinese flavour!
Swizzles lolly (0.5)

Evening Snacks:

Points saved: 4 (from Monday)

Feeling bloated today, it's either pre-menstral water retention or all the fizzy pop I've been drinking!!

I've just stopped the painting in the kitchen to have lunch and come onto this fabulous forum, think I'm addicted he he!!

Had an email off Arline last night, she is going to join the forum on the weekend and hopefully tell you about her good week and amazing weight loss lol!!

Pasta n Sauce Macaroni cheese (6.5)

Pom Bear crisps (1.5) had these with my son after picking him up from school!

I'm trying to use up everything we have in the cupboards at the moment and also run down the freezer, I've only got a few frozen carrots and a bag of sweetcorn in the freezer, that's it for veg in the house! I'm going to use them to make a veg soup later. Really missing my veg but like I say I will buy more in once the kitchen is finished, can't wait!!

I was tired last night so I decided to have an early night at 8pm as I had to be up at 6.30 in the morning and I was exhausted! Had no problem dropping off but then I woke at 10 for the toilet and then spent 2 hours tossing and turning! So at midnight I decided that I was thirsty and so came downstairs for a drink and had a look on here lol! After about 20 minutes I realised it wasn't thirst but hunger!! So at 12.30 I had some soup lol! Then it was straight to sleep with a full tummy, bliss lol! Got up at 6.30 as the council are picking up our old sofa and it had to be out for 7. OH bless him was not very good at directing it through the door, so it was me to the rescue telling him how to turn it and where to push and pull!! After about a 15 minute struggle it was out the door!! So after all that excitement this is my food diary for today (so far... will update the rest later!)

Midnight: Homemade Lamb and tomato soup (2)

I have noticed that my food is very samey, when I do WW I do tend to have my favourite foods... but I'm sure there'll be more variety once I have my kitchen back!!

Hi All! I have just edited yesterday's diary as I was so hungry last night so I had an extra bowl of soup (2) then I had a sweet craving so I had a bag of Malteasers (4) I saved 4 points from Monday which covers the Malteasers so just need to repay the 2 points for soup today lol! Luckily I'm back at work today so that should be achievable!!

Breakfast:
2 WW Danish, v. light spread, low sugar raspberry jam (2)
Half a sachet of Highlights (0.5)

Lunch:
Fridge Raiders SF chicken (2.5) can tell I'm pre-menstral as I always crave chicken!
Pom-bears (1.5)
Small punnet of blueberries mixed with a Vanilla Mullerlight (2.5) tasted so scrummy!!
Mini box dried fruit (0.5)
half a sachet hot choc (0.5)

At work:
half a sachet of hot choc (0.5)
Then my supervisor made me 2 more hot chocs!! (2.0)

Dinner:
Lamb curried soup (2.0)
Mullerlight Vanilla (1.5)

Total points used today: 16
Points paid back for overeat yesterday:2

Back on track!!

My friend at work got me a Propoints calculator from her class yesterday so I'm thinking I may try Propoints soon, but not next week as I'll have too much on to try something new!!

Woo Hoo!!

Just weighed in and lost 1.5lb!

Really pleased as I've come over from SW so not technically my first week on a diet so wasn't expecting a huge loss!! xx

And just realised this brings entire weight loss to 3 and a half stone!!

Helloooo!

Becky wasn't imagining me, I am here! I have just joined tonight so will be spending this week exploring the forum. As Becky said, we are both doing the WW points diet and have both had good weeks...although I feel my loss may be down to losing my appetite for a few days! I am hoping to lose two stone by my next birthday in September....earlier if possible! I got married in August and have put on quite a bit of weight since the wedding so now need to get back in shape. I also have a Wii fit which I am trying to go on three times a week for half an hour at least...only managed once this week but hoping to get back on to it over the next few says! Looking forward to sharing our progress and hoping for some moral support when I reach for that chocolate...or biscuits in my case! They are my weakness!xx

Hey Hun u have a very nice menu. I used to love pasta n sauce but stopped while on Ww thinking it's really high in points. How do u make urs do u add the milk ect and also is that the whole packet for 7.5 hope u can help.
O another thing how does the bachelors Chinese savoury rice taste is it worth buying xxx

Hiya hon! The pasta and sauce is 7.5 for the whole packet made without any milk and butter, I've come over from SW so have loads left in the cupboard so thought I would use it up! the macaroni cheese one only worked out at 6.5!! To be honest I would normally cook half the packet with lots of no point veg mixed in but I'm in such a mess at the mo as we are in the middle of getting the kitchen done lol! It is nice and filling though so I don't mind spending lots of points on it!!

The Chinese rice is my fave, it doesn't really have a Chinese taste as such, it's hard to describe the taste really, the veggies are a bit crunchy and it has a bit of a tomato taste to it... all I can say is try it as it's gorgeous! I can't buy that one in the supermarket though, I have to get it from the bargain shops!

Well done on your weight loss so far, you're doing so well! xx

Half a Sainsbury's BGTY chicken and bacon sandwich (2.5) was planning on eating both sandwiches but my little boy had other ideas!!

Hi Becky

How's ww going?, have you found that your food has changed much from when you were on sw?
I got some of the pasta n sauces today and had some for tea, forgot just how much I love the mild cheese and brocolli one!!

I had a sneaky jump on the scales this morning, i have lost another 2 pounds and am at 10 stone 10. But I don't want to rely on that for Wednesday's wi as my bad week might be still to catch up on me!

Hi Josie! Wow I hope you stay there for tomorrow that's a really great weight loss!! I have been trying to stick to SW foods as much as possible as I figured that they will be the most filling and will hopefully deter any binging! But it's also been really handy doing WW these past few weeks as I've been able to have more snacky things with us being kitchenless lol! Next week when I get the kitchen back I'm hoping to do some batch cooking so will be cooking some soups etc and having lots more veg!! I think I like being in control of what I eat and SW was scaring me a bit as it was a bit random, but like I said I will be returning once I'm happy with my weight! I think it's started coming off my legs now which I'm really happy about, going to start measuring them and next week going to start doing some lunges and squats lol!

And guess what? I had a cream egg today lol! 3.5 pts so not bad if you eat 1 lol!! Will check on your diary tomorrow to see your official weigh in!! xx

Had a bad couple of days with not feeling well....have snacked a bit on the chocs...eek! Will be getting back on the Wii Fit tomorrow night though and will do extra this week to make up for it....promise to get back on the points tomorrow!!!!

Becky you are so good....you put me to shame!x
