Hi all :)
thought id try make a diary, to keep me on with my diet as i find diets hard to stick to and lose enthusiasm quite quickly :( but im so desperate to be slim again and feeling more determined than ever..this time i will do it lol! ive been dieting on and off for the last 8 months, i done slimming world to start of with and lost two stone ,which was great,and managed to keep it off..but not lose anything in ages then i tryed exante but i couldnt stick to it i love food to much lol... so ive decided to try eating healthy and around 1000 to 1200 kcal per day and to exercise as much as i can :)



Breakfast - none was to busy

Lunch - tesco light sandwhich 225 Kcal

Dinner - mackeral 450
new pototoes 70
salad 50?
laughing cow light 20

Snack - rivita 20
light cheese 20
ham 30
=885 kcals

was so busy today never had a chance to eat much i done 4 hours of walking around town that ought to have burned quite alot of cals, now im knacked and of to bed :)
