Hi everyone!

I've decided to start a food diary for a few reasons:

I think it's a great way of being accountable and actually keeping track of what I'm putting in my gob!

I'm a committed foodie who loves to cook so I create a lot of really tasty and flavorsome SW friendly dishes that aren't in any of the recipe books and I'm happy to share them with people!

I'm keen to have a record of what I eat on really successful weeks so I can see what I was doing!

DINNER
Homemade pork stirfry made with pork, garlic, peppers, courgettes, spring onions, carrots, cabbage, ginger, chilli, nam plah, soy and noodles done in Chinese Five Spice (nyum - Syn free too)

EVENING TREAT
2 x Vodka and slimline tonic 4 Syns

FRIDAY, 8TH FEBRUARY

Oh dear. Yesterday was diabolical, feeling extremely premenstrual and all I wanted was chocolate.....not one of my proudest days!!

BREAKFAST
2 x rindless smoked bacon
2 x eggs in FryLite
1 x Banana
1 x Grilled tomato
2 x Warburtons wholemeal (Hex)
2 x Low Fat Laughing Cow

LUNCH
Thai grilled chicken breast
Massive salad with balsamic (tomatoes, lettuce, onions)
Tiny portion of potato salad (est 2 Syns....I was eating in a Thai cafe for lunch)

DINNER
Delicious lean griddled steak
Salad (with lettuce, cucumber, spring onion, tomatoes) and 1 spoon of low-cal Caesar dressing (2 Syns)
Jacket potato with 2 x blue cheese laughing cow (rest of Hex B)

FRIDAY, 22nd FEBRUARY

Today was diabolical. I lost control a bit and couldn't care less what I ate. I was cold, tired and very grumpy and turned to rubbish food. :break_diet:

None as I was meeting a friend for early lunch and had the day off.

LUNCH
Thai grilled chicken breast
Massive salad with balsamic (tomatoes, lettuce, onions)
