Hello new to posting on this board hope I can join in . I get weighed on a tues night this week 8 for me and I've lost 1st 1lb so far and have a load left to come off, my interim target is 15st and then I will review it. I am goin go holiday in around 7 weeks so hope if I can shed another half stone before that I will be happier when i am away. Looking for some recipe ideas, and support along the way ... So I'm on week 8 day 4

Been off work for a few days as not been feeling quite myself so I have been trying to stay out of the god dam kitchen eeeek!

Yesterday's food

B- sw sausage sandwich using my HEXB bread
L - salad and mugshot
D- chicken kebab (used 15 syns for pitta and any oil used while cooking etc)
Snacks - Apple, pear,strawberries and milk from HEXa for tea.

I managed 40 mins on the excersize bike too.

Today I'm feeling bloated so not sure if I'm gonna lose on Tues fingers crossed

Won't make weigh in today as I'm still off work and feeling rubbish not really eaten too much over two days but I've been taking throat sweets so think they might make an impact

Today in back on it taking back to basics

B- strawberry, raspberries and grapes with a muller light yog
L- homemade tomato and rice soup with HEXB bread
D - chicken, baby jackets and salad

Snack - Apple and 2 satsumas.
Hifi bar 3 syns and crispy fries 3.5 syns

Ending the day of 6.5 syns :)



Trying to get my water in so got a big bottle with lemon in the fridge and had hot water and lemon. Trying to get in all the extra vitamins in to get this cold lol



Thanks for sub @marybobs could use a buddy to keep me going
