Becky's weight loss, any advice?

Hello everyone, this is my first post at minimins.com!
My name is Becky and I am hoping to shift ( a rather scary!) 33 pounds by the time I start University in September.
I am 5 ft 5, I naturally have quite a petite frame which is the reason why I want to shift my weight of 11 stone 5 pounds to a healthy weight of 9 stone.
I'd be very grateful for any tips or generally encouragement in times of need!
I am starting the special k diet tomorrow and aiming to burn of some 300 calories each session at the gym 3/4 times a week.
Am I going the right way about it?

Today was a good day!

Breakfast: 40 grams of Bran Flakes with Semi Skimmed Milk
Lunch: Bran flakes (dry--was at sixth form :rolleyes:) & an apple
Dinner: Ham and Salad, natural yogurt with 1 banana (not all together of course!)

Exercise: Walked to Sixth form there and back (45 minutes each way)
Was going to the gym but fell asleep on the sofa, whoops!

Lol i fall asleep after 6th form all the time!
Must be the stress of exams etc etc

I study art, history of art, english lit and history :sigh: so much to do atm
