Becoming a good swimmer again

"Becoming a good swimmer again" - that is one of my primary aims. I have always loved swimming for the way it makes me feel better both physically and mentally. Now I'm a lot heavier, it's much harder. I also have shoulder problems which makes it tricky.

I've started this thread to help track my progress. I started slowly with 10 laps of a 25m pool. My aim is to be able to swim 64 laps, approximately a mile.

I've also set up my Fitbit Flex 2 to track my swims.
