Hi all it's my first time trying slim fast so a little apprehensive about it but going to give it a go, I work 10am-6pm mon - fri and the occasional Saturday. In the week I think I will be ok sticking to it but the weekend is my down fall lol
Pleas feel free to give me some pointers

This is my plan (in sure it will changed as the day go's on lol)

Day -1

Banana shake for b/fast at 8am
11.15 2 satsumas
1pm banana shake
4pm snack a jacks multi pack bag

Dinner not too sure

Black tea - 3 cups
 
Hiya,
I started Sunday 28th April 2013. I foudn that last week i was better prepared if i bought ready meals and bulked them out with salad or veg to make up to the 600 cals. I also had all the shakes and milk and everything at work and was very honest with them about what and why i was doing it so they couldnt tempt me off it!!
have plenty of fruit in case you do get snacky and also drink loads of water!
