Beef Bovril?

Hi all

The meal I am making tonight uses beef bovril as the stock but I have never used this before. How much bovril / water do I use? I don't want to make it too strong or too weak! Also does anyone know if it is free on both green and red days?

I'ts free on both, I normally use 1tsp. to 250 mls boiling water.:D
