Hi guys how many syns in a Chinese shop chow mein?

I -think- that if you ask them to cook it in soy sauce with no oil that its free. I think.

No it wouldn't be free as it's very unlikely that the beef will be lean with fat removed. Beef chow mein average portion (whatever that means, don't think it's the whole tray though) 8.5 syns.
