I'm doing extra easy and I have had beef I bought brisket but cooked it with the fat on top but when I dished mine out I cut the fat off. So to me I thought this would be free but then looking in the Sw book it says there's syns of 7.5 for each slice.
How do I know what beef is free and how it should be cooked. I feel like I've been going really wrong now and shouldn't have eaten it
Any help would be appreciated xxx
