Sorry not been on but been busy with work over the festive period
No official weigh in this week due to the bank hol but according to my scales a futher 5lb down
No worries on xmas day but i could have murdered a sausage sandwich
Here's to getting through the new year and on to the weigh in in 8 days time

thats great that you didnt give in to your desire lol although i totally know how you feel as i so so so badly wanted a cold turkey sandwhich but didnt, i survived by smelling everything lol and being told im taking half the taste in the smell lol x x x
