been on xenical since september

hiii guys been on xenical since last sept both me and my girlfriend , my starting weight was 19.4 and it is now 17.2 my girlfriends starting weight 17.8 weight now 16.3 . how is everyone finding it . some days i really cant be bothered but others i think lets do this x

Well done on both your losses so far, I must admit sometimes I do struggle with it all and think oh what the hell and eat a Mcdonalds, but thats just my lack of willpower and due to stress lol.
I think you just have to keep telling yourself it is worth it, if you have lost that amount only since September think how much you will have lost by this September
