Ive been to the gym today for a swim and felt like a weak kitten. I normally go straight in and do 40 to 50 lengths but today could only manage 10!!
Having said that I was really pleased that I went and feel loads better for it, so Im going to go at least twice a week after all a few lengths is better than none and it may help tone the body. For now Ill be skipping the Gym itself.
