Been swimming today

Ive been to the gym today for a swim and felt like a weak kitten. I normally go straight in and do 40 to 50 lengths but today could only manage 10!!
Having said that I was really pleased that I went and feel loads better for it, so Im going to go at least twice a week after all a few lengths is better than none and it may help tone the body. For now Ill be skipping the Gym itself.:D

I enjoy swimming too :) .

Just started going again and slowly building up my lengths. It takes me ages to do 40 lengths, I am really slow. :p

Its a great all round exercise, and even better when you are doing a VLCD.
