Been to my Week 1 WI

    and I lost 6 1/2 lbs :) Not as much as some but I am thrilled an inch of my waist and 2 off my hips as well...... :)

    today was also my first weigh in and I was a bit disappointed I only lost 5 1/2 pounds I thought I would of lost alot more!! anyway lets keep our fingers crossed for next week and good luck!!! Are you having a bar or just shakes? Good luck. Rochelle
