Beetroot and corned beef

I was wondering if the haywards pickled beetroot in the jars is free?

Also what about the normal corned beef from the deli counter?

you will be pleased to know that pickeled beetroot is syn free as are gherkins and pickeled red cabbage

sadly corned beef does have syns i buy mine in a tin from aldi and its 11.5 syns a tin having said that i make a corned beef hash and 1 tin makes a big pan that feeds 8+ people so 1.5 syn per portion
