I KNEW I HAD A BAR OF PLAIN CHOCOLATE HIDDEN BUT

HAVE JUST EATEN A JAR OF PICKLED BEETROOT INSTEAD

hmmmmmmm, very strange but saying that you can fill yourself up with the beetroot which s no points, then make yorself sick with the amount you have eaten so you dont eat the chocolate, goos idea i might try that next time. how long you been doing ww?
