Definitely worth taking a photo of your troubled area before the diet and during the journey to keep u going. I may have lost only 8 pound but I can see a bit of a difference!

Not much exercising I do a lot of walking now tho I walk to and from work usually id drive and my usual twenty min dog walk is now an hour. I go to aqua aerobics bout once every 2 weeks x
