The word is help lol, am new on this and can't put up my pic, look at people people or receive messages . It says permission denied why?

Suggest you read through the sticky notes at the top of the introduction page, I know you need 20 posts before you can do certain things and 50 for others, maybe that's the reason, hoping you solve the problem soon.
