After losing the required 2kg (by my doctor's surgery.. most don't require that now!) i got my coveted little box of 84 blue tablets today :D

I'm going to start taking them tonight :eek: - well, my doctor said to me "we keep them in stock here at the surgery so you can start them tonight if you wanted to!"... so i'm going to take advantage and bite the bullet! :D

Tonight's dinner is -

pasta
passata and garlic
grated cheese (small amount - maybe 30g)

I'm not sure how the cheese will affect me as it's quite high in fat? :eek: But i'll see soon enough *having visions of me stuck to the loo all night* :rotflmao:

Cheese doesnt affect you till midnight. Then it all explodes in your bed. But hope you enjoyed it x

Hmmm... well the cheese didn't agree with me! I ended up farting all night much to OH's disgust :rotflmao:

Today's menu is -

Breakfast - 2x weetabix with s/s milk

Lunch - pasta with passata, garlic and onions

Dinner - chicken stir fry (lean chicken, noodles and loads of stir fry veg with a blue dragon sauce)

does that sound ok?

sounds fab!! r u having a bit of fruit to fill u up inbetween meals? If i dont eat enough i start nibbling on bad things:17729: hehehe theres not thing worse than going hungry

I haven't actually factored in any snacks as i assumed we weren't allowed them due to only having a tablet with each meal 3x a day!

If we're allowed snacks then i'll defo get some strawbs and pineapple in! :D

Yea of course you can eat fruit and nuts through the day its no problem. You dont just have to stick to 3 meals, just dont snack on anything with fat in x

Just found you in the sw food diary section, and now here as well! Noticed that you hadnt posted for 3 days on your sw thread tho, are you gona stick to here?

You seem to be doing fab so far, keep up the good work x

I'm not sure whether to keep posting in my food diary in the SW section to be honest.. as particularly today, i don't feel like i've been particularly true to the plan :eek:

It's so difficult trying to do the SW plan but make sure that everything is so low in fat too.. i'm driving myself insane! LOL

I'm going to try and stick to the SW plan as much as possible, but i'm loathed to write it all down in my diary over there as i don't think i'm going to be able to be 100% on it, what with the HE's, syns etc :eek:

Just as an 'aside'.... my brother-in-law has just phoned me to say he's broken down on his moped in halfway!!! Al's on his way to him, but just thought i'd say, as you live there... it's still weird to know that you're sitting at your pc only about 5 miles from me :D lol

abby - is it really only 3 miles? omg i can't imagine walking that far... then again some mornings it's a mission for me to walk to the end of my drive lol

Nuts are high in fat but i know Kiira eats a few and it hasnt done her any harm!

Beki, it prob more than 5 miles, im crap at these things, agreed wouldnt wana walk it tho!

I wouldnt Beki :whoopass: he'd probably enjoy it! xx
