I have 1.5 years till my wedding and been fighting weight gain in several different diets and slimming world had been the only plan which has proven it works.
I lost 12lb in 8 weeks when I started the plan/classes last year but sadly slowly put it all back on since I stopped attending!

Sadly due to lack of money, saving up for the wedding, I can't attend the classes and opting to keep my Zumba going instead so I am needing as much support as I can to do this...

I am having hard days at times because my craving for sweets increase at home so hopefully logging it all in full view of people will help me keep going!
