It is one of the major pains in slimming that we can't spot reduce- our body shapes are our body shapes (I'm pear shaped, with legs like tree trunks )- the stomach is the first place it goes for me!
On the plus side we can spot tone, so the underlying muscle tight and that will reduce the bulge of a belly a bit (but not the layer of fat over the muscle).
