bellyfat in lipotrim (women)

    I have been on LP for almost 2 months now but I noticed that my waist line only reduced my 1 inch. Only my face, arms and boobs :sigh: have seemed to slim down. I have started doing exercise from week 3 but still belly pouch is here, (i measure my waist line almost everyday). It's not constipation or anything because my stomach is not bloated it is soft and squishy.

    Any advice on how to deal with it or if anybody have similar problem? I want to reduce at least 5 inch by end of June.

    unfortunately you cant control where the fat goes from first just keep exercising and as the weight falls off you will notice a difference

    Hi, It can be difficult if you have a problem area of your body. I would suggest lots of exercised focused on that area. I did the 30 crunch challenge and lost around 5/6 inches in a month, I was losing weight at the same time but it really helped tone my tummy. Good luck x x

    Oh brilliant might try that, not a big fan of toning exercise but I guess I have to do it lol. Thanks

    Will do thank you for your reply. I am seeing small reduction on my belly, need to increase my exercise i guess.
