Hi all :wavey:

I bought some Belvita Breakfast Biscuits yesterday as I though it could be a "quickie" breakfast when I'm in a rush.

This morning though I have worked out the syn value for a pack of 4 to be 11 sysns:eek:

My question is though could I use these as an HEXB? I don't know how to work this out:cry:

Can anyone help me out with this?

Many thanks...........

Sorry but they can't be counted as a HEB so if you want to eat these then you would have to syn them. To my mind they are a bit of a con and no substitute for a proper biscuits as they are relatively high in fat and low on fibre - basically just a fairly nice tasting biscuit.

2 1/2 or 3 syns per biscuit rather than the pack of 4 ;)
