belvita breakfast biscuits

hi i bought some belvita breakfast biscuits and have no idea what the syn values some one please help

In a post a while ago someone said that they are 2.5 syns for the fruit & fibre ones and 3 syns for the milk & cereal biscuits. That is each though, not per packet. I had them a while ago and loved them but the syns are a bit high for me!
