I always skip brekkie, I have given up bread as I cannot eat it without butter, I am a tea addict, so use my milk allowance on that every day. I went to the Coop today and saw these Belvita Brekkie biccies, and they looked quite nice. Does anyone know how many syns they are per biscuit or per for biccie serving please. :)

If you do a search you will find threads on these - i think they are about 2.5/3 syns per biscuit

Thanks Circes, that's quite a lot, I think a breakfast portion is 4 x biscuits, so I will stick to a mid morning fruit snack instead.

Yes, it's just clever marketing really - the are not a healthy alternative to breakfast just biscuits.
