Belvita Breakfast Biscuits

Does anyone know the syn values of the above. I haven't bought them yet but would like to. Please help

Theres no free food in them, so it'll just be 1 syn per 20 calories, which you should be able to find out by a quick google

From what I can find online they are 56 calories a biscuit, so if you only have one its 3 syns. Guessing you would probably want more than 1 haha
