U have ur 49 weekly points to use in the week and then if u earn any exercise points u can use them too any time in that week too xx

Oh thank you, I earn quite a few exercise points as I do kickboxing for 2 and half hours 3 times a week and thinking of starting the local zumba class. But maybe I shouldn't use them all as I feel would be a waist of time doing exercise.:-( liking ww more than sw. How long have you been doing ww I see u are having excellent results:) x

Wow that's a lot of exercise u must b realy fit!! No way cud I exercise for 2 n a half hours in one go lol!! Iv bin doing WW for 4 weeks now finding it realy easy, lost 1 stone 4 pound so far so going well. What about u? Xx

I'm not sure I'm fit lol, it's hard going sometimes but really enjoy it it's helping me tone:) well done u that's great in 4 weeks:) x I did ww last year on the old point system and lost 3 stone. Then when it changed I struggled with new points then left. Put on a stone over the next few months. I had heard sw had changed so tried that about 4 months ago managing to loose my stone but got to a point where I was bored. Started ww last week and lost 5lbs :) which I'm over the moon with. But have left myself down today with those biscuits. :-( may throw them all away tomorrow xx

Don't beat urself up about it as long as u pointed them ul b fine! They r nice I love the milk n cereal ones. Don't realy have them for breakfast that often just like to munch on em at night xx

Thank u yeah have pointed them, will try to avoid them tomorrow. See if I have the willpower. Where abouts are u from? Do u go to metings? X

I have the iPhone app as well I'd be lost without it!! I must look like a nutter walking round asda looking up points on everything I put in my trolly lol xx

Hiya hw many activity points do you earn whe. Exercising doing kick boxing??? you might find you loose quicker if u eat ur ap i no i do xx

Hi ya it's between 15 and 20 points a session depends how hard class is. My partner runs it so make him push me sometimes, do competitions sometimes.:) what is ap? Might be a silly question lol. I'm thinking of joining a zumba class but got to pluck up courage as I know no one around here :-( xx

I told u it was a silly question lol. We don't have the wii, I suffer from depression and think if I got one of them I wouldn't go anywhere. Do u have all your extra points then? Xx
