Have you tried to use the online syn calculator on the SW website?
I find that can be really useful as if you know all the details of a product you can find out the syn value! Hope this is helpful. :) x

i know that the strawberry cheesecake frozen yog is 8.5syns per 100g, (the pots are usuall 445g or somthing like that) 9syns per 100g for the chocolate brownie frozen yog.. so i'd say 10syns per 100g?x

Hi! If you check out the thread for newcomers it will explain it, but basically you get 5 to 10 syns a day to 'spend' on treats. You can either use them daily or save them up for the weekend. On SW there are no foods that you can't have so a person could use some of their syns for frozen yoghurt if they wanted to.

Oh, just noticed - you might want to change your profile as I assume you are not 14 foot tall :D

That's very strange - when I replied there was another message from someone asking what syns were as they didn't know anything about SW, and it was their profile that was wrong. And now it's disappeared! Twilight zone .....

Don't worry, you're not going batty, I saw it too! I think they might have been a spammer?
