    Hello folks!

    Since I'm not bothering really keeping my food diary up to date on the SW site, I thought I'd occasionally put something on here instead, whenever I remember :)



    03-June-2011 - Green


    Breakfast:


    • 4x Weetabix (Hx-B x2)
    • 250ml Soya Milk (Hx-A x1)
    • 1x Sliced banana
    • loads of strawberries

    Mid-morning:


    • 2x Apple

    Lunch:


    • Tin of sweetcorn (microwaved - not in the tin obviously)
    • 3x grilled Quorn cumberland sausages
    • Gravy made with remainder of onion, marmite + stock cube
    • Colcannon:
    4x King edwards potatoes mashed with:
    1x onion fried with tsp olive oil (2 syns)
    a lot of curly kale (boiled)
    salt+pepper
    big dollop of wholegrain mustard (1 syn)
    Total 0% Yoghurt for the creamy texture

    Mid afternoon snack:


    • Total 0% yoghurt
    • Frozen summer berries (defrosted using microwave)
    • 2 tbsp sugar-free strawberry jam (3 syns)

    Dinner:


    • 250g Penne Pasta
    • 300g Quorn Mince
    • 150g Chopped mushrooms
    • 800g Tinned chopped tomatos
    • 3 Cloves garlic
    • Salt + Pepper + Herbs + Soy sauce
