If anyone else uses this it's currently 3 for 2 in tescos

It's £5 a pot so is currently £10 for the three, not sure how effective it is yet as only have just started using it but found it as a recommendation on here

I started 'going' less so looked into Benefiber and read many good reviews, but unfortunately after taking it for 5 weeks it didn't do anything for me. Maybe 5 weeks wasn't long enough for it to work it's magic.
