Benitos hat Burrito

Hello!
I joined slimming world yesterday, and im getting very confused by everything..
Today i went for lunch with a friend and we went to a burrito bar where you go along the counter and choose your ingredients.
I had a Burrito with black beans, grilled vegetables, salad, rice and guacamole in.
But now i have no idea how many syns are in this!
I read that in a mexican restaurant burrito there is 37 syns, but i made sure i had no cheese or other sauces, except the guacamole which was a really small amount.
I really hope I havent consumed that many syns!

Hiya, a lot of the syns are in the wrap itself between 4.5 and 8 for supermarket ones and there was probably some oil used in the cooking process of the other ingredients as well. Gutting I know - I blooming love burritos but they're off the menu til target for me!
