Hi there

Does anyone know if bernard mathews turkey breast chunks bbq are free on red and ee?

The tikka and the roast ones are but it doesnt say anything about the bbq ones?

nope can't find bbq ones on sw site either, maybe try comparing the calories and ingredients of the bbq ones with the tikka and roast ones which we know are free, if they are very similar would say they would be free or extremely low syns, only thing that can be a prob with bbq is sugar, maybe the coating has more sugar in than the free ones and this obviously wouldn't be good!

I dont have the pack with me but il try putting the nutricion info into the calculator when i get home and see what that says.

Hi, i was just wondering about this too - after i ate it. The info is per pack; cals 117, carbs 6.4g, fat 1.3g hope that helps

I put it in the calculator last night putting turkey as a free food for red and ee and it said they were free . Not sure if i used the calculator correctly tho :S lol
