Step 1 Sole Source Berocca

Anybody kno if this is allowed? Feeling rubbish and my friend recommended this to give me a lil boost, any help is apprieciated

I would imagine you'd be best off with the tablet version of Berocca rather than the fizzy drink - not sure whether there'd be citric acid in that which might interfere with ketosis.

Some would say that you don't need extra vitamins because Cambridge has exactly the right amount of vitamins and minerals. However, I'm going to stick my neck out and say that a few extra Bs and Cs definitely wouldn't go amiss.
