Bertolli Pecorino cheese & garlic pasta sauce

Help a newbie please! How many syns are there in a jar of this sauce? I am starting SW tomorrow, and trying to plan my meals for the day. I am watching a Food Directory on Ebay (OMG, they go for so much on there, but as an Expat without access to a group (and being too poor to join online), I don't have access to syns info yet)!
