BEST EXERCISE FOR LEGS

    can anyone give me tips on losing weight and toning up my thighs, they are my major problem area! xx

    I'd say walking/jogging and squats should tighten them up :D

    Squats and lunges, running up and down stairs.

    The Isabella Hervey DVD is a killer for the legs - but it works!
