I'm on step 2, so can have an evening meal - what would be my best option on here... I was thinking maybe mussels (leave the bread and sauce) and the liver or catch of the day??

a lot of places are very accommodating if you tell them you're avoiding carbs. I went to one restaurant a few months ago and they gave me an extra piece of meat instead of the potatoes

I think I would go for the partridge with chefs salad. Depends if they put anything in the purée??

hiya im on step 2 and i would go for catch of the day and avoid the potatoes if it comes with any x
