Best (or the not-as-bad) place to eat lunch?

i'm going out with friends tomorrow for lunch; where is best to go? they'll let me choose, as they know i want to be healthy, but where could i go? subway? is that best? or...? xx

Nando's is quite a good choice. Plain chicken, salad and corn on the cob - syn free!!

What about Wetherspoons as they have steak for reasonable price you could have it with jacket potato instead of chips and a side salad x
