best week ever!!!

    wooohoooooooooooooooooo lost 5.72lbs this week (2.6 kg)

    dont know how - but i am so happy - this makes it the best week on lipotrim yet!!!

    and now more that half way to my goal!!!

    yay me!!!! am thrilled to bits today!!!!

    aint no one gonna bring me down!!!!!

    not the weekend

    Startin to dread the weekends,cant believe i now look forwards to mondays,any ideas to help get over the weekwnd

    Yep, the first few weekends are tough. Shopping trips that revolved around several stops for snacks, long Sunday lunches, the Friday night blowout after the weeks work.
    Friday night became my pamper night with a long bath, doing my toes and fingernails etc.
    Saturdays for the first few weekends became a feverish bit of springcleaning. That saved me a fortune cos I wasn't out!!!!
    Sunday lunch got popped on the table and I went off to read a book.
    After a few weekends I felt strong enough to resume old activity without cracking!!!
    You will get through, just keep extra busy.
